Healthcare Service Quality from the Point of Healthcare Providers’ Perception at the Time of COVID-19

The pandemic of the Coronavirus 19 disease (COVID-19) has had significant impact on healthcare systems worldwide. present study aims to investigate service providers’ quality dimensions in public sector hospitals Republic Serbia during COVID-19 and propose a sustainable model for improvement. was conducted from September 2021 December 2021. A modified SERPERF measurement questionnaire distributed workers nine secondary care Serbian Autonomous Province Vojvodina (APV).
